Our popular Beef Wellington makes a comeback for this special day. Featuring the tenderloin, encased in a layer of mushroom duxelle and wrapped in a layer of puff pastry. Comes paired with the Beef Au Jus. Ready-to-Eat/Heat. Frozen. Order at least 2 days in advance in order to allow the wellington to defrost in the fridge. Defrosting at room temperature is not recommended in order to not deform the puff pastry. Item will be delivered frozen, ready-to-heat/eat. Reheating instructions will be provided.
