ONE OF A KIND  NATIVE SKIN MASK Artist Biography: Charlene Killbear Williams   Charlene was born in Inuvik Northwest Territory, Canada. Later, the family returned to Barrow. Charlene was taught to make native masks by her mother when she was eight years old. Charlene’s mother Lilly Killbear has masks in several museums.
