From experience, this is a super peak period and we expect traffic conditions to be heavy. We will be doing everything we can to ensure that we have ample drivers and that the orders leave our store as early as possible. However, some things are out of our control such as the weather and traffic conditions and it can be very stressful for everyone (especially our drivers) when we get many requests for ETA. Deliveries are aimed between 2-6pm. We are unable to cater to specific time belts due to the surge of orders in this period. Alternatively, you can arrange for a pickup on the morning of your event. Do indicate your estimated pickup time in the notes upon checkout so we’ll have it ready in time. Please ensure that you furnish all the details such as unit number. We have had cases where the customer was uncontactable and no unit number was provided which can delay the delivery process.
